An excellent reputation throughout Devon...

Fingle Glen Golf Academy enjoys an excellent reputation throughout 
Devon for the quality and thoroughness of tuition offered and the depth of 
knowledge displayed by new golfers who have been through the system.

The Academy is split into 3 stages each of which run over 4 weeks (see 
below). The Junior Academy runs twice a year, during Easter and Summer 
holidays with groups split by age – Colts -12 years, Juniors 13-17 years.

Follow up care is an important part of the Academy – throughout the 
Summer we hold 9 hole competitions weekly for beginners who have not 
obtained their handicaps.

Bronze | Level One

Takes the group through the golf swing. Our fully quailed golf professional, 
Mark Hurst, starts the learning process on the undercover driving range.

x4 one hour lessons (one hour each week) | £45.00

Silver | Level Two

Our golf professional develops the lessons from the taster course and 
then goes on to cover some of the more intricate aspects of the game, from 
bunkers and putting through uneven lies, to the use of both driving and 
fairway woods.

x4 one hour lessons (one hour each week) | £45.00

Gold | Level Three

This stage takes place on the golf course – experienced players take pupils 
around the course, putting into practice all the lessons learnt from the 
previous stages.
